28 courses, 270 challenges, Big Air Bag, Quick Jump, Caving Area, Family Area, Slide… As soon as you arrive, one of the instructors will fit you with a harness, after which a video will explain the safety rules to each participant, enabling you to progress independently on our fully equipped courses.

Terms and conditions of the activity
- Children aged 5 to 10 must be accompanied by an adult who remains on the ground at all times
- Hair must be tied back; sportswear and trainers are recommended
How the activity works
1️⃣ Reception and facilities
- Location: Moliets (Landes), with 270 activities spread across 28 courses of increasing difficulty.
- Equipment: harness provided by the instructors, followed by an explanatory safety video.
2️⃣ Courses and levels
1. Green/blue courses (nos. 1 to 4): heights of up to 12m (including zip lines) for families and beginners, with ‘Super Easy’ courses for children.
2. Red courses (nos. 5, 7, 12): technically challenging with physical obstacles (rope bridges, jumps).
3. Black courses (nos. 8, 9): expert level requiring physical effort (strength, balance).
4. Specialised challenges:
- Quick Jump (no. 11) = free jump with an 18m harness
- Climbing wall (no. 10) = 20-metre wall with abseiling
- Caving Area = challenging underground course (crawling, contortions)
3️⃣ Additional options
- Big Air Bag: jumping onto an inflatable mat for younger children.
- Giant zip lines: included in the blue and red courses.
- Net area: aerial mazes with slides.
4️⃣ Practical information
1. What to bring: closed-toe shoes, sportswear, a bottle of water.
2. Duration: around 3 hours recommended to explore all the courses.
3. Suitable for:
- Children = access from age 4 on dedicated trails.
- Groups = suitable for corporate events or family outings.
5️⃣ Safety and supervision
- Continuous safety line: automatic safety system on all courses.
- Supervision: instructors are on hand to assist if needed, although the activity is self-guided.
