What does cancellation insurance cover?

Our cancellation insurance helps you keep smiling in the following cases:

Cancellation of your holiday

Are you or someone accompanying you unable to take part in your holiday?
Under certain conditions* you can be reimbursed the sums paid (less an excess if the reason is not medical*).

Late arrival

Are you unable to arrive at the start of your stay?
Under certain conditions* you may be entitled to a pro rata refund of the rental price.

Interruption of stay

Do you have to interrupt your stay?
Under certain conditions* you can be reimbursed for unused outdoor hotel services.

Replacement vehicle

If your vehicle is immobilised due to a breakdown, material accident or theft during your stay. Under certain conditions* you can obtain a replacement vehicle.

Forgetting a personal item in the rental vehicle

You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week before and during your stay for any information or queries you may need to help you organise your stay and make sure it goes smoothly.

Veterinary care and assistance for dogs and cats

Do you have a problem with your pet (cat or dog) during your stay? Under certain conditions* you can be reimbursed for the cost of veterinary care, as well as obtaining assistance in the event of disappearance or running away.
