Fouesnant (2 km): The white sandy beaches, marked footpaths and the many protected natural areas make this an exceptional destination for fans of diving, shellfish gathering and recreational boating. As you walk along the beach, you’ll discover an unmissable coastline with rocky sections and stunning scenery (Beg Meil etc.). - La Forêt-Fouesnant (8 km or 15 min): Come and take a stroll around the narrow streets of this beautiful, authentic village of Brittany, awarded 3 flowers by the national ‘towns and villages in bloom’ label. As you walk past picturesque gardens and traditional houses, you’ll be whisked away by the scent of flowers! - Pont L’Abbé (9 km or 20 min): Come and journey back in time in this capital of the Pays Bigouden, a lively town with lots of souvenir shops dotted along the shopping streets. Find out about the famous ‘coiffe’ headdress and its history at the Musée Bigouden. This museum is inside a castle and is brimming with treasures that tell the story of the Bigoudens, past and present, through collections of furniture and superb embroidery. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience, walk along the Pont L’Abbé river and admire the bridge that is in fact a residence... one of nine of its kind in France. - Concarneau (17 km or 25 min): Learn about the maritime history of this town at the Musée de la Pêche. The significant collection of boats, everyday objects and scale models will plunge you into the history of fishing in this one-of-a-kind museum in France! Listen to the fascinating story of Princess Zénaide Narischkine Youssoupov and her husband, count Charles de Chauveau at the Château de Keriolet. - Quimper (19 km or 25 min): Come and take a stroll around the shopping streets, Rue Sainte-Catherine, and the lively district of the Saint-François market halls in this capital of Cornouaille, labelled a ‘Town of Art and History’. Enjoy the other facilities and services on this small scale campsite that is particularly suitable for families with young children. There is an action-packed programme of entertainment during the high season, both in the daytime and the evening. But it remains a peaceful campsite, to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable experience. At Kerscolper, how you spend your holiday is up to you…
Do you fancy exploring the area? This is the ideal base camp for exploring the region. The GR 34 hiking trail passes near the campsite, and there are 70 km of walks to do from here along the Chemin des Douaniers (customs officer’s trail).
Do you want to relax? Stay put and you’ll have everything you need to hand (shops, amenities, beaches, etc.).

The campsite is a very peaceful place during the low season. There are a lot more activities during the summer holidays, including sports tournaments (petanque and table tennis), sports activities twice a week: aqua aerobics (from the age of 16), strength training and Zumba classes during the day. And to entertain you in the evenings, there are 2 or 3 evenings per week, such as karaoke or music evenings, music concerts from local bands, meals and themed evenings with pancakes or mussels and chips and sea shanties. Great opportunities for some quality time as a family, and to have a good laugh together! Kids’ Club (from 5 to 12 years old): open 2/3 times per week only in July and August (Monday and Friday 10:30-12pm - Wednesday 2:30pm-4pm). Treasure hunts, mini Olympic games and arts and crafts are on the programme. Teen Club: 2 times per week in July and August. Table tennis tournaments, water polo, etc. Programme adapted to the groups... This campsite is near the shops and basic amenities that are open throughout the season, so you'll find everything you need nearby: Supermarkets, restaurants, banks, doctors, pharmacies, shops, etc. To discover the region’s specialities, head to Fouesnant market, held every Friday morning. In the low season, the campsite’s food services are closed. In July and August, for the high season, the campsite provides the following: ● Fresh bread and pastries delivery from 8:30am (to be ordered the day before). ● An on-site snack bar, open for lunchtimes (from 11:30am to 2pm) and evenings (from 6:30pm to 9pm). ● A Bar to sip a cocktail or enjoy refreshments, in a welcoming atmosphere near the pool area, for a much-deserved break (from 11:30am to 2pm and in the evening from 4:30pm to 11pm).
